Shipping and delivery time
All luminous orders are delivered (86% of deliveries in 24 hours) at the address indicated by the client within a period of between one and two working days by the transport company (CORREOS EXPRESS) from the moment it leaves our warehouses (normally the day after purchase). All orders generated before 2:00 p.m. will leave on the same day, except for exceptions or force majeure.
If any of our luminous products were out of stock, the customer would be informed immediately so that he can decide whether to continue with his order or cancel it.

GLOVO MADRID SHIPPING (€ 8.50) - If the transport company GLOVO arrives, we will send it to you in a maximum of 2 hours. Check availability.

Return policy
Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours of delivery of the order at its destination. Returns of material will have to be authorized by LUMINOSOSFLUORESCENTES. The customer will have a period of 5 days to return their purchase. Returns of used and / or unsealed material will NOT be accepted.
The return costs will be paid by the customer.
In the case of defective products, the customer has 10 days to return it. LUMINOSOSFLUORESCENTES will replace the product with a new one AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER. The product will be collected at your home by the transport companies CORREOS EXPRESS (others will not be accepted) for verification. The material to be exchanged must be returned in its original packaging and together with all its components.
